*Site Supervisor* with 2+ years of *solar project experience* required for a *solar projects manufacturing organisation* at *Jalna*, Maharashtra
Job Description
- *Supervise construction & installation of solar systems per project specs & safety standards*
- Lead subcontractors & site teams, ensuring smooth coordination
- *Enforce safety protocols & conduct regular inspections*
- Monitor work quality & ensure client expectations are met
- *Maintain project schedules & daily progress reports*
- Manage material procurement & site inventory
- *Liaise with clients & address concerns*
- Ensure regulatory compliance for solar installations
- *Support training & development of site staff*
Salary up to *Rs 25,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
