Site Supervisor – Interior Projects
Location: Chennai
Company: Endlez Interiors
Experience: 3–6 Years (Interior Execution Preferred)
Job Overview
Endlez Interiors is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage interior execution at project sites. The role involves coordinating labour, ensuring work is done as per drawings, managing material flow, and submitting daily site updates.
This position requires strong on-site presence and execution responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior work as per approved drawings
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other labour
- Monitor daily site progress
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery
- Check material quality at site
- Raise material requirements in advance
- Ensure work is completed on schedule
- Submit daily site report with photos
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in interior site supervision
- Ability to read working drawings
- Knowledge of modular carpentry and finishing work
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
Preferred:
- Experience in residential interior projects
