We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Maintain accurate site diaries, recording workforce levels and detailed site activities.
Monitor and adhere to project schedules.
Manage construction stages from plastering/skimming to final finishes, snagging, and handover.
Attend weekly team meetings to align with project goals.
Supervise and coordinate site staff and subcontractors.
Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Proven ability to meet tight timeframes and quality objectives.
Background in trades (e.g., carpentry) with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and plans.
Knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
Experience in a finishing foreman role on residential or commercial projects.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman or equivalent role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €36,539.61-€66,784.61 per year
