Site Supervisor – Specialist Industrial Solutions
Location: Dublin (with travel across Ireland)
Pay: €24–€30 per hour (DOE)

We’re a specialised industrial maintenance company using cutting-edge composite and coating materials to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. As we grow, we’re looking for a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations and drive excellence across every project.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a small team of technicians on-site.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Report directly to the Senior Foreman and liaise with clients where needed.
- Learn and apply advanced composite repair and coating techniques (full training provided).
Who You Are
- A confident leader with proven experience supervising teams in an industrial or site-based setting.
- Organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven, with strong communication and team management skills.
- Experience with surface preparation or epoxies is a plus – but not essential.
- Hold a full clean Irish/EU driver’s license.
- Willing and able to work away from home on weekdays when required.
