Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee construction activities at our project sites in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with contractors and workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Monitor material usage and maintain records
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Report project progress to management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of site experience
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
- Basic communication and reporting skills
Salary: As per experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
