Job Description:

The company (Affiliated with TATA Power) is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor - Solar Industry with hands-on experience in solar project execution, installation, and service. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day solar installation and service activities.
• Manage technicians and labor for smooth project execution.
• Ensure installation quality as per TATA Power guidelines.
• Handle material management, vendor coordination, and site documentation.
• Identify site issues, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate service visits.
• Maintain safety standards and provide daily project updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Solar Industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar panel installation, cabling, structures, and inverters.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work independently at sites.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
