Position: Site Supervisor Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor Trainee with a basic background in civil engineering or site execution, with a keen interest in developing skills in finishing works.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI Draughtsman or Diploma in Civil Engineering (freshers or up to 1 year experience).
• Interest in construction and interior projects.
• Willingness to learn and assist in managing finishing works.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand basic drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination skills and eagerness to work with subcontractors, vendors, and site labor.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near the office location.
• Strong willingness to learn communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and ensure tasks are executed as per drawings and instructions.
• Support project managers, designers, and vendors in day-to-day coordination.
• Learn to monitor the quality and progress of finishing works.
• Help maintain site documentation and follow safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
