Job Description

We are currently seeking dependable Construction Laborers to assist with roofing and exterior projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the construction and roofing industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist roofing crews with tear-offs, installations, and clean-up
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support foremen and skilled tradespeople as needed
• Perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• Prior construction or roofing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
