Skilled Interior Door Shop Technician

Do you have a passion for craftsmanship and a knack for working with doors? We're seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our growing interior door shop. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in both product and process.

Responsibilities

• Door Machining: Precision-cutting and routing doors for hinges, locksets, and other hardware using various power tools.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding different types of interior doors (e.g., solid core, hollow core, French doors) and their specific hardware requirements.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets our high standards for accuracy and finish.
• Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operating a range of power tools, including routers, drills, and saws.
• Customer Service (Optional): Assisting customers with product selection and technical questions as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a door shop, millwork, or similar woodworking environment.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn
