Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that support maintenance, and fabrication projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to high-quality project outcomes. Prior experience in skilled labour, welding or related fields is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated applicants.

Duties

Assist maintenance tasks on-site
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, and organizing material
Measure, cut, assemble, bolt and weld materials

Requirements

Proven experience as a laborer
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
Work boots
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with welding, cutting and grinding metal.
Mechanical knowledge considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
