Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete finishing, surface preparation, and working with specialty systems such as self-leveling and coatings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, leveling, and surface preparation
• Apply self-leveling underlayment
• Ensure surfaces are properly prepared, leveled, and finished to company standards
• Follow instructions, specifications, and safety procedures on-site
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience
• Experience with:
• Floor leveling systems (preferred)
• Epoxy coatings or restoration work (asset)
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Safety Certificates

• WHMIS and Working at Heights, Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
