We are currently looking for a Skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Construction Driver/Labourer to join our team.

As a Labourer/Driver, you will be a key part of our field operations. You’ll be responsible for both hands-on site work and the safe transportation of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving: Safely operate company vehicles (truck and trailer) to transport equipment, and materials (interlock, soil, plants, etc.) to various job sites.

Labour: Perform and assist with interlock installation, retaining walls, grading, sodding, and planting.

Equipment Operation: Use power tools and machinery such as quick-cut saws, plate tampers, and blowers.

Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe. Load and unload materials efficiently.

Safety: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE (especially when cutting stone or masonry).

Qualifications:

Valid G Driver’s License Required: A clean driving record is mandatory. Experience driving with a trailer is a significant asset.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliability: Punctuality is essential. Our season is busy, and the team relies on every member to be on time.

Attitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a professional crew.

Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
