We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production worker to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a commitment to quality and an understanding of HACCP principles, making it essential for maintaining the integrity of our products. Background test is required

This position requires you to be able to use PLC's, troubleshoot problems, lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to work in warm Clements.

Must work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain HACCP protocols throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Record production data accurately using basic mathematical skills for inventory management.

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures diligently.
