Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Skincare Production Associate to assist in the manufacturing and packaging of our skincare products. This role involves operating production equipment, following precise formulations, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the mixing, filling, and packaging of skincare products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Operate production equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, skincare, or cosmetics production is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
