A vacancy has arisen for the post of Weighbridge Operator / Skip Dispatch based in our busy recycling / waste management facility in Dundalk.

Role overview;

Weighbridge Operator

· Weighing vehicles in and out of the facility.

· Managing associated waste movement admin and documentation

Skip Dispatch

· Support existing team in office and cover for planned holidays

Receiving inbound skip calls / enquiries from existing customers and new sales enquiries

· Processing skip calls to job tasks on the skip system diary

· Coordinating job lists for the skip trucks, ie, planning drivers daily workload

· Training will be provided

· Other duties may be assigned from time to time and as per the demands of the role

Experience / Requirements

· Must be computer literate / ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Email

· Ability and willingness to learn new IT work systems

· Must be a good communicator both in persona and over the phone

· An excellent standard of English is a must, both written and verbal

· Previous Weighbridge / Skip Dispatch experience would be an advantage

· Geographic area knowledge of the Louth area would be an added benefit
