We are a new business start up In Cork Ireland the 1 st franchise outside of the US and we’re looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to grow with Snooze!

This is a great opportunity for friendly outgoing people to build their interpersonal skills while spreading product knowledge to a diverse customer base.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for flexible industry experienced person to join our team, who will be known a Sleep expert to deliver memorable experiences and superior service to our customers.

This is a full-time basis (5 Days however retail store will be open 7 days, weekend
flexibility is required within the team).

Experience is highly desirable and ideally product knowledge experience,

Your Role

Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism
through excellent service
Determine the business needs and suggest relevant products to provide and share the product knowledge acquired during brand training.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
Manage customer feedback and queries
Assist in maintaining standards of cleanliness and organisation on premises.
Be aware of and assist in maintaining merchandising concepts
Ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
Conduct products refunds and address customer issues in a positive manner
Responsible for building meaningful relationships with colleagues, managers and
clients. High standard communication.
Participate in Brand marketing promotions as required.
Job Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable in engaging vendors and introducing products to the customer while
providing consultations
Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service
Desire to spread brand awareness
Effective time management and communication skills.
Ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively when making sales
Calm and professional even when confronted by discourteous customers
Computer literate and willing to learn new software and drive efficiencies.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
