We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in coaching, change management, and leading cross-border teams. This person will oversee a team of 20 sales professionals, including 3 Team Leads based in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who can inspire performance, drive transformation, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach your team members in all aspects of the sales process, lead by example. Drive the
- award-winning culture.
- Build a high performing team to achieve strategic and revenue goals.
- Actively monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, budgeting and forecasting to secure sales results.
- Execute team level annual planning, budgeting and securing plan execution.
- Leading selected business plan initiatives across the region.
- Encourage and execute collaboration across different stakeholders and functions.
- Develop career plans for your team members and identify areas of exposure and growth to help them
- achieve their career plan aspirations via one to one conversations.
- Drive, monitor and maintain a culture of compliance and risk control, and demonstrate a strong
- commitment to high integrity and ethics.
- Serve as a thought leader in the industry, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and
- emerging technologies, to be able to sell and coach team members.
Essential skills and requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years in a senior Inside Sales, remote sales, digital sales or solutions sales role, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role.
- Industry experience preferred in consulting, technology verticals and SMB segment knowledge
- Strong leadership, coaching and strategic planning skills
- Highly articulate with excellent cross cultural business communication skills (verbal and written) and interaction skills suitable for a global corporate environment
- Possesses excellent industry-leading sales methodology, CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be
- inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
- Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
- Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
