About the SMB Team Lead - Asana
Are you a motivating sales leader who is passionate about driving success? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! We currently have a position available as an Asana SMB Team Lead Dublin, Ireland. This is a full remote role with occasional travel to the office when requested, one or two days a month, As the SMB Team Lead, you will manage the day-to-day activities and performance of the SMB/Outbound Sales Representatives by supporting, coaching and driving the overall success of the team. Location: Ireland - Remote
What will you do?
- Successfully drive team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas
- Monitor the team’s performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus
- Ensure continued progress of the team by proactively taking responsibility for the sales representatives’ day to day development and performance
- Motivate sales representatives to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required
- Provide consistent performance coaching and mentoring to reps to ensure productivity and goal achievement
- Identify best practices and document product insights
- Communicate program feedback and strategic recommendations for additional program strategies, tactics, revisions and implementations based on observations of the programs’ people, processes, and product
- Communicate and collaborate with client POC, as directed by SSM, Program manager and director, to ensure we are meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Two or more years of management/supervisory experience OR equivalent in a the service and sales environment
- Proven track record on performance from previous sales experience
- Direct, B2B or tele-sales experience required, preferably selling into businesses
- Outbound experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of work management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data driven and results-oriented with the ability to motivate others to increase performance
- Must have an adaptive management style and the ability to work at micro and macro levels
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, G Suite, Windows etc, and relevant computer software and hardware
- Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position with exceptional results month over month

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €48,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €9,000 . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
