B-Pod require multi skilled operatives with experience in snagging works including but not limiting to Plumbing , Decoration , Tiling repairs ,Mastic works for immediate start to join their site support team covering Dublin City and County completing small works and de-snagging to prefabricated bathroom pods. Ability to work effectively and diligently on own initiative a must as works can be solo assignments

Responsibilities

· Bathroom Pod plumbing repairs

· Pressure testing of pipework onsite

· Repairs to Pods (internal and external)

· Final internal snagging works to pods pre-handover of project

· General paint, silicone and decor touch-ups/ repairs

· Installation and replacement of sanitary ware

· Report daily/weekly timesheets on works completed

· Comply with Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements

· Must have all-round skilled construction experience and competency in bathroom Plumbing and finishing to a high level.

· Basic Electrical knowledge

· Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative

· A can-do attitude

· Adaptable

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Own Basic Tools

· Experience of working on large construction sites desirable.

· Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
