Snow Removal/ Showel Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating snow removal equipment to ensure clear and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in challenging weather environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow and other snow removal equipment effectively and safely.
• Maintain and inspect equipment before, during, and after use to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for minor repairs and maintenance of the snow removal equipment.
• Clear snow from roadways, parking lots, driveways, and walkways as needed.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as digging, irrigating, and building as required during off-season periods.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to work long hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
