Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Snow Removal Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining safe and accessible environments during winter months, contributing to our mission of delivering excellent customer service while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently (Back pack blowers, sweepers, shovels, ice chippers).
- Clear snow, chip ice and apply ice-melt from driveways and sidewalks.
- Monitor jobsites in between and after snow fall
- Monitor weather conditions to determine snow removal needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of services performed using company app (Sitedocs).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in snow removal or related field (At least 1 year experience is required)
- Ability to safely operate back pack blowers and sweepers
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
