About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Snow Shovel Crew Member to join our winter maintenance team. This role requires someone who can take initiative, lead by example, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently during snow events.

As a crew member, you will primarily operate snow blowers but must also be prepared to shovel when required. You’ll play a key role in keeping walkways and entryways safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside snow shoveling crew to complete assigned routes
• Operate snow blowers as primary equipment, with shoveling when necessary
• Physically lift up to 60 lbs comfortably
• Fill salt buckets at the start of each shift
• Fuel snow blowers at the end of each shift, when required
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork within the crew
• Work safely and reliably in all weather conditions, including during holidays if required

Requirements

• Previous snow removal experience
• Ability to physically shovel and lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills
• Comfortable operating snow blowers and performing basic fueling/maintenance tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail with route management and inspection forms
• Valid G license required
