Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting a Social Care Manager for our new semi-independent residential care service, located in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
As a Social Care Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the residential centre and for leading a team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders. Working closely with the Director of Services you will also be responsible for the modelling, leading, development and promotion of professional social care that delivers positive outcomes for young people and their families.

About The Role
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 4 years’ experience of working in a social care grade with young people
OR
- Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 4 years’ experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
- Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.
- Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential.
- A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.
