Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our agency team. This role offers flexible working across a range of services including residential care, day services, and community outreach supports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals in line with person-centred care plans
• Promote independence, inclusion, and community participation
• Assist with daily living skills and routines
• Implement behaviour support strategies where required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Level 7 Degree in Social Care or relevant qualification
• Experience working in disability services or residential settings
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and safeguarding
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full driving licence and access to own transport (desirable)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with behaviours of concern
• Training in MAPA / CPI / Studio III (or similar)
• Manual handling certification
• Experience in autism or complex needs
