About Us
Misneach Care Services Ltd is a developing care provider delivering staffing supports to disability services, residential settings, and community-based services across the Southeast. Our focus is on person-centred, high-quality care and building a reliable team of professionals to support individuals to live meaningful lives.
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our agency team. This role offers flexible working across a range of services including residential care, day services, and community outreach supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in line with person-centred care plans
- Promote independence, inclusion, and community participation
- Assist with daily living skills and routines
- Implement behaviour support strategies where required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Level 7 Degree in Social Care or relevant qualification
- Experience working in disability services or residential settings
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and safeguarding
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and access to own transport (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland

- Experience with behaviours of concern
- Training in MAPA / CPI / Studio III (or similar)
- Manual handling certification
