About The Company
We’re MCMA, and for over three decades, we’ve taken immense pride in delivering unparalleled staffing solutions to Ireland’s social care and healthcare sectors. As an Irish-owned organisation founded on a legacy of high-quality residential care, our commitment to excellence now extends into placing vetted, highly qualified professionals in residential services, hospitals, and nursing homes across the country.
We currently support more than 70 residential care units nationwide, partnering with valued clients including TUSLA, HSE mental health services, Fresh Start, Daffodil, Solis MMC, and Camphill Communities.
Our rigorous, in-depth interview and Garda vetting processes—spanning four to six weeks—ensure we match right-fit professionals with each client’s needs. This dedication has led to exceptional staff-to-client compatibility and an impressively high migration rate of our candidates into full-time roles.
We operate 24/7 administration, maintain high client consistency, and draw from our more than 30 years of industry experience to continuously exceed national standards and follow best practice in care delivery.
Above all, our promise is simple: to deliver staffing solutions that are professional, compassionate, and tailored to support the evolving needs of Ireland’s care providers—because every person deserves the highest standard of care, delivered by people you can trust.
Company Culture
At MCMA, our culture is deeply rooted in a commitment to excellence, empathy, and equality — values that guide us every day.
We bring more than 30 years of experience to the table, but what truly defines us is how personally we care about our people—and theirs. Every team member is thoroughly interviewed, Garda vetted, and hand-matched to take care of vulnerable individuals in places like residential units, hospitals, and community-based settings. This attention to detail helps us maintain exceptional staff compatibility and trust.
Equality and fairness are foundational to how we operate. As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment—regardless of gender, age, ability, race, or background. Our recruitment and workplace policies ensure every individual is treated with dignity and given equal access to roles and development opportunities.
We pride ourselves on being client-focused and flexible. By adapting to care providers’ needs—whether it’s scheduling, specialised staff, or ongoing support—we foster collaborative partnerships grounded in reliability and trust.
Professionalism and accessibility are central to our ethos. We operate with a 24-hour administrative backbone, maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring our clients always have the support they need when they need it.
At our heart lies a fundamental belief: that excellent care begins with excellent people. We strive to enrich our healthcare community by providing skilled, dedicated professionals—and by doing so, we ensure safer, more compassionate environments for those who need it most.
