As a Social Care Worker, your role is to:

• Support individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
• Apply trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches
• Work collaboratively within a professional care team

This is a relationship-based role where your impact is seen in the day-to-day progress and wellbeing of those in care

To work in this role, you must meet essential standards:

• Hold a Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care or a related field
• Be registered (or eligible for registration) with CORU ✅
• Have a full clean manual driving licence
Be flexible, reliable, and eligible to work in Ireland

CORU registration is critical—it ensures you:

• Meet national professional standards ️
• Are accountable to a code of practice
Can work legally and confidently in the sector
