Diamond Designs has been supplying healthcare professionals across Ireland since 1989 and is the exclusive Irish distributor of Grey's Anatomy and Skechers scrubs.

We're growing quickly and are looking for an energetic, creative and confident Social Media & Content Creator to help build our brand online.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves social media, enjoys creating content and wants the freedom of a flexible, remote role.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok and social media trends.

You'll take ownership of our day-to-day social media presence, helping us create engaging content, build a community of healthcare professionals and increase brand awareness across Ireland.

This is a remote or office based position with flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking to combine the role with freelance work, study or another part-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Launch, manage and grow our TikTok account
  • Create and edit short-form videos and Reels using an iPhone and apps such as CapCut
  • Write engaging captions that reflect our brand personality
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
  • Find, recruit and manage brand ambassadors across Ireland
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and content creators
  • Source and organise user-generated content (UGC)
  • Respond to comments and messages where appropriate
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Creative, energetic and full of ideas
  • Confident communicating with people online
  • Passionate about social media and digital content
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and happy to create engaging video content
  • Up to date with TikTok, Instagram and emerging trends
  • Happy reaching out to creators and building relationships
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excited to help grow an Irish brand

Essential Requirements

  • Currently living in Ireland with the right to work in Ireland
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience managing social media accounts, either professionally or through your own successful projects
  • Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram or TikTok
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
