Social Media & Campaign Project Manager (F/M/D)

This is your chance to shape the voice of woom across platforms and markets. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Social Media & Campaign Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our Global Marketing Team.

In this role, you’ll oversee our global social media operation while driving key brand and product campaigns throughout the year. You will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders, regional teams (EU & US), and external partners to bring our brand to life. You thrive in a dynamic environment where creative storytelling meets structured project management.

Your Mission

Social Media Management

• Manage monthly content production in collaboration with our creative agency, ensuring alignment with key markets and internal stakeholders.
• Own the global content calendar: you plan, organize, and coordinate content across all global social channels.
• Develop special content for key brand moments, including product launches, cultural moments, campaigns, and milestone events.
• Build toolkits for regional teams (EU & US), providing ready-to-use copy, visuals, and campaign assets.
• Report and optimize: you track social media performance, consolidate insights from all markets, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Stay ahead of trends by monitoring emerging formats, cultural conversations, and platform innovations.
• Manage global social media collaborations and identify new creators, partners, and ambassadors.

Campaign Project Management

• Coordinate key annual campaign launches, such as major product introductions, holiday campaigns, and category storytelling moments.
• Lead planning and cross-functional alignment for product updates and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Manage quarterly seasonal shoots together with our woom producer, ensuring timelines, logistics, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are aligned.
• Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Product, Regional Marketing, eCom) and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and at high quality.

Your Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, social media, content production, or campaign/project management.
• You possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams simultaneously.
• You are a confident collaborator who can manage stakeholders across time zones and functions effectively.
• You have experience working with creative agencies, production teams, or content creators.
• You possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, global content trends, and digital storytelling.
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for bringing creative ideas to life.
• You are proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
