Workload: Full-time (38.5h/week)

What you’ll do

You’ll own the end-to-end content pipeline for TECHMAGNET’s English-language YouTube channel, working alongside an existing creator who is already producing content for the channel.
New Cooperation → Test+Shoot → Edit → Draft Review →Feebackloop or Approved

You’ll work closely with STEFAN, the main on-camera talent, as your creative sparring partner.

In addition, you will independently produce ENGLISH sponsored tech reviews based on customer-provided frameworks and briefs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance.

1) Ideation & planning (ENGLISH audience first)

• Translate sponsor briefs into authentic ENGLISH review formats that still feel creator-native.
• Build repeatable formats optimized for international / English-speaking audiences.

2) Shooting (efficient & repeatable)

• Film ENGLISH YouTube videos with pragmatic, repeatable setups.
• Execute sponsored tech reviews in ENGLISH, aligned with agreed customer frameworks.
• Capture B-roll and supporting footage optimized for reuse across ENGLISH content.

3) Editing (speed + retention)

• Edit ENGLISH-language videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and visual emphasis.
• Ensure sponsored segments are clearly integrated and compliant without hurting retention.
• Maintain fast turnaround to support high weekly output.

4) Publishing & iteration

• Write ENGLISH titles, descriptions, and disclosures.
• Create engaging Thumbnails

Output expectations

• Minimum: 2 ENGLISH YouTube videos per week
• More expected when formats are low-effort or highly repeatable
• Clear focus on scalable formats, not one-off productions

Must-have

• Proven experience producing ENGLISH YouTube content end-to-end.
• Fluent or near-native English (spoken & written).
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention for English-speaking audiences.
• Reliable, structured, and output-driven working style.
• Comfortable working on-site in Vienna (especially during onboarding).

Big plus

• Background in tech, gadgets, electronics, or sponsored reviews.
• Experience working with international brands or ENGLISH sponsor briefs.
• Understanding of disclosure and compliance standards for sponsored ENGLISH content.

Tools & workflow

• Efficiency-first mindset: clarity, speed, repeatability.
• Confident with modern editing tools (eg.: Adobe, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, CapCut).

Salary (employment contract)

This position is a full-time employment contract under the Austrian Trade Collective Agreement (Handel)

• Minimum salary: € 2.362 brutto / month (14×)
• Overpayment possible depending on experience, skills, and output
