We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help capture and share our story across platforms — both in the restaurant and on the road as we travel to events.

Role Overview

This is a creative, full-time position for someone passionate about visual storytelling and social media. You’ll plan, produce, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels — showcasing our food, drinks, atmosphere, and team.

The role also includes traveling with our team to events across Florida, documenting experiences and creating engaging coverage that represents our brand on and off-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content highlighting dishes, drinks, and the restaurant experience.
• Edit and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) with dynamic pacing and brand consistency.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action that reflect Alpine’s tone and personality.
• Manage all social media channels, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
• Collaborate with the owner and marketing manager on campaigns and creative direction.
• Stay current on hospitality and lifestyle content trends.
• Travel with the team to events and off-site activations to capture content and storytelling moments.
• Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all content and digital touchpoints.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of media assets and content.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle).
• Strong photography and videography skills; comfortable shooting in restaurant settings.
• Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or Canva.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends.
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel for event coverage.
• Passionate about food, design, and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
