Description:
To support our growth journey, we’re looking for a Social Media Content Lead to own and elevate our online presence.

You’ll develop a wide range of content and communications, elevate our brand, and deliver best-practice engagement across multiple platforms.

Day-to-day, you’ll: '

  • Manage and elevate all existing and new social media platforms including Facebook, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive annual social media content calendar across a wide range of categories and topics, scheduling approved posts via Hootsuite
  • Engage back across all platforms to build community, and resolve enquiries
  • Guide and mentor team members in best-practice social media use, content development and posting across Facebook Pages
  • Develop always-on campaigns to profile key objectives, and increase social media followers and engagement
  • Monitor Facebook Pages and Admins, jumping in as ‘coach’ and ‘editor’ as needed
  • Manage and elevate more than 400 online profiles across Google Business Profiles, Apple Business Connect, Care for Kids, Toddle, KindiCare, Storypark
  • Manage the Google Reviews program
  • Manage ChildcareNow activities and initiatives
  • Manage system access onboarding and offboarding
  • Partner with colleagues and vertical leads across campaigns, content, creative, design and paid digital
  • Report on all-channel / platform insights and performance to inform evidence-based decision-making

Ideally, you’ll hold:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or similar
  • Proven experience with at least 5-7 years working at a similar level
  • Experience across these platforms: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft 365, ChildcareNow, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Storypark, Hootsuite, Pinterest, ClickUp
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, attention-to-detail and organisational skills
  • Great attitude, and interpersonal and people skills
  • Expert storytelling and writing skills (compelling / consistency / grammar / spelling / tone)
  • Childcare sector experience a bonus but not essential.
