We are looking for a highly creative and strategic writer who understands the nuances of writing for the digital space. You won't just be writing blog posts; you will be the mastermind behind high-retention video scripts, punchy social media captions, and compelling campaign copy. You will collaborate closely with our Video Editors and Project Coordinators to ensure the visual and written elements of every project align perfectly.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Video Scriptwriting: Write engaging, high-retention scripts for short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos.
• Social Media Copywriting: Craft compelling, platform-specific captions that drive engagement, encourage shares, and include strategic call-to-actions (CTAs).
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm viral content ideas, campaign concepts, and editorial calendars.
• Brand Voice Management: Adapt writing style, tone, and voice across various client accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
• SEO & Web Copy: Write optimized blog posts, website copy, and newsletters as needed to support broader digital marketing campaigns.
• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, popular audio formats, and platform algorithms to inform your writing strategy.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Script Writer, specifically within a digital marketing or social media context.
• The "Hook" Master: A deep understanding of how to write hooks and structure scripts that keep viewers watching until the end.
• Adaptability: The ability to switch brand voices quickly and write for diverse industries.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work seamlessly with video editors, designers, and account managers.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple client deadlines, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Language Skills: Flawless grammar, proofreading skills, and an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
