Social Media Coordinator
The opportunity. The Fleet Hub is seeking a creative, outgoing, and motivated Social Media Coordinator
to develop engaging content, strengthen our online presence, and showcase our services, people, and
company culture. The primary focus is social media content creation and management, with additional
support for client engagement, community outreach, and business development.
Social Media Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for The Fleet Hub's social media platforms.
- Develop a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Photograph and film vehicles, completed projects, employees, customers, and company activities.
- Create engaging posts, short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Write clear, professional, and engaging captions.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all platforms.
- Monitor comments and messages and respond professionally.
- Highlight The Fleet Hub's services, customer success stories, team members, and workplace culture.
- Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve reach and results.
- Assist with email marketing, website content, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Client Engagement and Business Development Support
- Help maintain relationships with current customers.
- Follow up with customers and prospects when needed.
- Assist with customer appreciation activities and special events.
- Attend networking and community events as a representative of The Fleet Hub.
- Help identify prospective business customers and new partnership opportunities.
- Support outreach campaigns and sales follow-up.
- Work with the leadership and operations teams to promote The Fleet Hub's capabilities.
- Gather customer feedback, testimonials, photos, and success stories for marketing purposes.
Who We're Looking For
- Creative, energetic, and comfortable generating new content ideas.
- Confident communicating with customers, employees, and business professionals.
- Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Comfortable taking photographs and recording and editing short videos.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-through.
- Able to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team.
- Interested in social media, digital marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
- Previous experience is helpful but not required; qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A degree or coursework in marketing, communications, social media, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Schedule
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus or incentive opportunities may be available.
- Remote flexibility: A majority of the work may be completed remotely.
- Required client visits: Applicants must visit clients and prospects; this is not a fully remote position.
- Location requirement: Applicants must live in the Greater Charlotte, NC area.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
