We are seeking a highly creative, organised, and proactive Social Media & Digital Content Creator who can manage our social channels, create engaging digital content, and enhance our brand presence worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, short-form content, reels, storytelling, and education marketing.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

• Create high-quality social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Develop reels, short videos, graphics, carousel posts, and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copy aligned with brand tone.
• Edit videos, design graphics, and produce digital promotional material.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting schedules across all platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars.
• Research trending topics and incorporate them into content.
• Respond to comments/messages and engage with the audience.

Branding & Strategy

• Align all content with Oxford Prestige College’s brand identity.
• Work with management to develop digital campaigns for new courses.
• Analyse content performance and optimise for reach and engagement.
• Run small-scale paid ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in website content updates, blog posts, and email newsletters.
• Create landing page content for course promotions.
• Prepare digital brochures, flyers, and ads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong understanding of trends in digital education, reels, and short-form content.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with international clients, especially UK/US.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics.
• Ability to create long-form video content (podcasts, webinars, promotional videos).

Pay: ₹12,713.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
