• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Regular Audit of All Social Media Platforms and Share Insights
• Track competitor activities related to community building and engagement.
• Analyze engagement patterns and provide insights on audience behavior.
• Share weekly/monthly reports on engagement performance and growth metrics.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to share community insights and audience feedback.
• Provide ideas for content themes based on real-time engagement and trending topics.
• Develop strategies to grow followers and improve engagement across platforms.
• Execute growth tactics such as community outreach, collaborations, contests, live interactions, etc.
• Support outreach activities for influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor platform trends and leverage them to expand channel reach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
