About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is looking for a creative, camera-confident, and engaging Social Media Influencer to represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will produce compelling content related to education, civil services, and student life—enhancing our online visibility and connecting authentically with our audience

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging videos, reels, and stories about the academy’s programs, achievements, and campus activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Promote brand awareness through authentic storytelling and creative visual content.
• Participate in events, seminars, and workshops to generate live and interactive content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow the online community.
• Track and analyze content performance to optimize engagement.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience as a social media influencer, content creator, or public personality.
• Minimum 5,000+ active followers on Instagram, YouTube, or other major social platforms.
• Confident and expressive on camera with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce original, relatable content.
• Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the education or coaching sector.
• Basic skills in video editing, content planning, and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and academic teams.
