Main responsibilities

Social media Strategy & implementation

• In collaboration with Communications and Marketing teams:
  • Contribute to the global social media strategy for Ayvens Group
  • Prepare and execute global social media plan and editorial calendar
  • Produce innovative social media content and materials
  • Manage organic posts and corporate paid campaigns to build online community coordinating with business segment marketeers
• Centralize and oversee corporate social network accounts management
• Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Carry out Group social media reputation monitoring & analyze campaign and engagement data for Holding and entities
• Monitor the competitive environment
• Report annual social media accounts and managers to SG COMM and relay for SG COMM (Digital Dept)
• Help coordinate employee advocacy (training, content publishing and support) and recruitment initiatives
• Apply social media policies and carry out internal controls
• Help contribute to crisis communications – monitoring and recommendations

Social Media support and animation for countries

• Coordinate and support countries in their social media strategy for their brand launch
• Animate with entities a social media community and provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage 2Emotion video creation tool, licenses, training and templates with countries
• Manage Sprinkler Platform and support countries in their implementation and facilitate best practices through community training sessions

Corporate website management

• Coordinate and manage corporate web site content and branding, regularly communicating content such as financial performance, company news, service offerings and thought leadership
• Liaise with Ayvens Digital to support and develop the corporate website
• Monthly analysis of internet KPIs dashboard to monitor website

Required profile

• Higher education with a specialization in web marketing or communication,
• At least 5 years' experience in social networking and content creation in an agency or with an advertiser
• Experience of crisis communication and knowledge of monitoring tools
• Good writing skills in French and English
• Strong interest in digital technology and new trends
• Curiosity, adaptability, responsiveness, rigour and organization
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
