Social Media Manager – Build Engaging Digital Brands

Smovir Brand & Media is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and help grow brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, campaign planning, and social media analytics. You will work with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging campaigns that connect brands with audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content and campaigns
• Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages to maintain an active online community
• Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase brand reach and engagement
• Manage paid social campaigns and optimize ad performance
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on campaign results

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and best practices
• Experience with tools such as:
• Hootsuite
• Sprout Social
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Analytics
• Strong content writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies

Experience working with brand campaigns or influencer partnerships

Salary

$95,000 – $120,000 AUD per year

Salary is competitive and based on experience and expertise.
