Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. The successful candidate will create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, manage online communities, and help drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design basic graphics, reels, and promotional content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Assist in developing paid social media campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Generate creative ideas to increase audience engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitality, hotel, travel, or service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and automation tools.
