Introduction:
Lite n' Easy is one of Australia's most recognised meal delivery brands, and we're building the social media presence to match. We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to own and grow our channels — someone who combines genuine creative instincts with a performance mindset, and who gets as excited about what the data is saying as they do about what they're making. This role sits inside the digital marketing team, which means social here is more than posting — it's a growth channel, and you'll be expected to treat it like one.

What you'll do:
- Own Lite n' Easy's social media program end-to-end — growing reach, engagement and audiences across our key platforms, with a clear eye on what that activity is actually driving for the business.
- Plan, manage and execute the social content calendar. That means ideating concepts, writing copy, briefing creative partners, and producing platform-native content that earns attention rather than just occupying space.
- Develop platform-specific strategies that speak to our different audiences and evolve those strategies based on what the data tells you.
- Own our content creator relationships from end to end. Grow the roster, brief and refine concepts with partners, coordinate production and asset management, and handle the back-end administration that keeps it all running. Engage actively with our social communities — both responding to what comes to you and proactively building audience through smart, genuine interaction.
- Contribute to photo and video shoots with a clear brief for social-specific assets, and get on set to capture phone content and bring your own concepts to life. Drive continuous improvement through rigorous measurement and reporting — and share what you're learning with the wider team so the collective intelligence around social keeps growing.
- Own and grow social channels, driving reach, engagement, and measurable outcomes
- Plan and execute the content calendar, from ideation through to delivery
- Create engaging, platform-native content (copy, video, and imagery)
- Brief and collaborate with creators and creative partners
- Build and manage creator relationships and campaign execution
- Engage with our community and actively grow our audience
- Contribute to shoots and capture social-first content on set
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise based on insights

Platforms you’ll work across
Facebook and Instagram are our established channels. In this role, you'll have the mandate — and the resources — to meaningfully build Lite n' Easy's presence on TikTok and YouTube from the ground up. You'll also work on tertiary channels such as X and Reddit as strategy directs.

About you
You're a social media native with experience running social media for a brand. You're creative, resourceful and data-driven — and the combination of all three is what makes you effective. You can execute a concept to a high standard, find smart ways to scale your output, and use performance data to double down on what works and cut what doesn't. Short-form video is your strongest format. You don't need to be a professional editor — but you should be fluent in app-native video capabilities and confident briefing and collaborating with creative partners to bring ideas to life.
You're across the scheduling tools, you know how to use platform-specific features to extend reach and engagement, and you're either already using AI in your workflow or genuinely keen to learn how. You back yourself. You bring ideas, you follow through, and you want to be somewhere your work has a real impact.
