Job Summary

Grasshopper Official is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, reel creation, video editing, posting, audience engagement, and overall social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging reels, videos, photos, and promotional content.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Write compelling captions and coordinate content posting schedules.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow the online community.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to create brand-focused content.
• Assist in influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong skills in video editing, reel creation, and content planning.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media algorithms.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
