Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop innovative content ideas, analyze the social media presence of our clients, and execute impactful campaigns by creating and posting engaging content. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and creative content concepts tailored to each client’s brand and goals.
• Analyze client social media platforms, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan, create, and post high-quality content, including images, videos, graphics, and captions, for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with client campaigns.
• Engage with client audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep client strategies fresh and effective.
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio or examples of past work required).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve performance.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
