With a client list that spans government agencies, global luxury brands, and disruptive startups, you’ll be working on high-visibility campaigns that are seen, talked about, and acted on.

We are now looking for a Head of Social Media Marketing — someone who understands the pulse of today’s platforms and audiences, thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, and wants to work with some of the most exciting brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the social media division, defining and driving strategy for both paid and organic campaigns
• Craft content strategies that align with business goals and platform best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
• Oversee a team of social specialists, content creators, and media buyers — hiring, mentoring and upskilling where needed
• Plan and execute campaigns that generate buzz, build brand love, and drive performance metrics like engagement, leads and sales
• Work with clients ranging from luxury brands to tech innovators and government ministries — ensuring clear KPIs, timelines, and results
• Collaborate with MediaOne’s analytics, SEO, and design teams to maximise cross-channel impact
• Report on campaign outcomes using best-in-class tools, and consistently find ways to optimise and outperform

Requirements

• At least 4 years of social media experience, with 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role
• Track record of running impactful social media campaigns for diverse clients, including B2B, B2C, and government
• Strong command of content strategy, paid ad platforms, performance metrics and social storytelling
• Experience managing a team and juggling multiple client timelines and priorities
• Comfortable interfacing with senior decision-makers and presenting results
• Strong grasp of emerging tools and trends — from TikTok creator strategies to AI-driven targeting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
