Job Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to handle the scheduling, posting, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This contractor role blends in-office collaboration with flexible work-from-home time for posting and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and coordinate with the videographer for content to be created.
  • Take captured content and post on social media platforms.
  • Schedule and post content across all social platforms.
  • Write captions and apply hashtags aligned with brand voice.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.
  • Monitor reach, engagement, and growth, and report weekly.
  • Keep the team ahead of trends and platform updates.
  • Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the Videographer for assets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a business or brand
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative style
  • Proficient with Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Publer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Based in Northwest Arkansas with ability to join office meetings
