· Build and maintain content calendars, themes, and storytelling arcs

· Interpret engagement metrics, retention curves, reach, CPC/CPM, and attribution

· Assist with A/B testing initiatives using clearly defined variables

· Maintain clarity and accuracy under tight timelines

Visual Literacy & Production

· Strong understanding of composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual hierarchy

Platform & Cultural Competency

· Understand feed and ranking mechanics

· Optimize cadence and hooks for retention

· Stay current with trends while avoiding brand risk

· Manage community engagement and direct complaints appropriately

Brand & Communication

· Prioritize messaging based on audience relevance and brand priorities

What You Bring

· Portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form social content

· Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

· Experience collaborating with marketing, product, or sales teams
