Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Intern, based in Delhi, India. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-aware Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content trends.

Pay Range: ₹4,000 - ₹6,000 per month

Qualifications

• This is an on-site position and therefore, you must be able to commute to office location (Keshav Puram, Delhi) on a daily basis.
• Strong knowledge of content calendar planning and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of branding, marketing principles, and communication tone.
• Ability to optimize social media profiles based on best practices and theme consistency.
• Highly creative, with a good eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with basic reel/video shooting and editing (mobile or basic software).
• Knowledge of how social media algorithms work across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to create engaging content that interacts with and retains audiences.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule posts consistently across all social media platforms.
• Create content aligned with the brand’s tone, theme, and marketing goals.
• Produce engaging posts, stories, carousels, and basic reels/videos.
• Shoot and edit simple videos/reels for online use.
• Optimize social media profiles based on latest trends and best practices.
• Engage with the audience through interactive stories, posts, and responses.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and new features.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Collaborate with the team to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
