Job Description:
Bugclue is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to plan, manage, and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies for brands
- Create content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
- Coordinate with designers and content creators
- Monitor performance, engagement, and insights
- Optimize content for reach, leads, and conversions
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms
- Manage basic paid campaign coordination (Meta Ads support)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in social media management/strategy
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth
- Good communication and planning skills
- Creative mindset with data-driven thinking
- Experience working with agencies is a plus
