Job Description:

Bugclue is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to plan, manage, and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for brands
• Create content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
• Coordinate with designers and content creators
• Monitor performance, engagement, and insights
• Optimize content for reach, leads, and conversions
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms
• Manage basic paid campaign coordination (Meta Ads support)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in social media management/strategy
• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth
• Good communication and planning skills
• Creative mindset with data-driven thinking
• Experience working with agencies is a plus
