Meridian Group, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Social Service Coordinator at Willow Heights Apartments in Reedsburg, WI. The properties consist of a total of 61 Section 8 independent living apartments designated for persons 62 years of age or older OR persons with a disability.
This position will assist residents in identifying needs, connecting to services and their community, and helping them remain independent and successful in their tenancy. The Service Coordinator also coordinates with community agencies to bring health, wellness, and educational programming to the properties.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor degree in social work or related human service field OR applicable experience, excellent communication skills, and experience with/knowledge of: the aging process, elder and disability services, federal and state benefit programs, AODA issues, and mental health issues.
