What you'll be doing
To liaise, consult, inform and represent Social Work at a local, Network and District level.

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s. These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
A TALENT POOL MAY BE CREATED FOR FUTURE ROLES AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 18 MONTHS.
- Tertiary Degree in Social Work or other equivalent qualification providing eligibility for membership of AASW.
- Demonstrated experience in a Department Head/Team Leadership role, including Human Resource Management, Supervision and Professional accountability of staff.
- Extensive clinical skills and expertise in a variety of Social Work settings.
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written across all Organisational levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of relevant legislative requirements, and Ministry of Health Policies and Procedures.
- Demonstrated capacity to liaise, negotiate and advocate for the provision of Social Work service at a local, network and District level.
